The 10 others include Jail employee Jagmit Singh, local sweet shop owner Tejinder Sharma, Bikar Singh, Jagatvir Singh, Chanpreet Singh, Harjot Singh, Naresh Norang, Mohammad Aseem, Sunil Kaldra.
A challan was filed in FIR number 142, registered at the Nabha Kotwali police station, after the six inmates of the Nabha maximum security jail escaped on November 27 last year.
Besides, the 13, three more accused, who had helped Penda escape the custody and later execute the Nabha jail-break were also produced before the court.
The accused had been brought here from the Nabha maximum security jail, while Gurpreet Sekhon and Manvir Sekhon, who had recently been shifted to Kapurthala jail could not be produced before the court.
A total of 16 produced accused were produced before the court.
