Both Cheema and Singh will now be participating as a team from India at the 20th edition of the World Championship of Corporate Golf at Sotogrande, Spain this July.
In a keenly-fought final round, 28 golfers representing 14 corporate teams, all winners from four regional qualifiers held in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata competed for the right to become India's entry to the 20th edition of the World Finals against teams from around 25 different countries.
Cheema also emerged triumphant in the individual best gross score category with 28 gross points. Ashish Goel of GE Power & Water from Delhi won the 'Player of the Tournament' contest on the facebook page of Halogolf.Com, online partner of TAKE Solutions World Corporate Golf Challenge.
