Daniel Chopra was unable to find birdies through the day to end up four-over 75 and missed the cut at the Web.Com Tour's BMW Charity Pro-Am.
Chopra had earlier shot 68 in his first round.
Tyler Duncan carded a bogey-free 7-under 64 at the Furman University Golf Club, while Stephan Jaeger and Blake Adams shot matching 5-under 66s at host Thornblade Club to share the 36-hole lead at 13-under par.
Chopra has two top-10 finishes and is ranked 47th on the Money List and needs to be inside top-25 to get a PGA Tour card for 2018.
