Chris Pine to star in 'The Line'
The gritty thriller has been penned by 'The Walking Dead' producer-writer Sang Kyu Kim, the Hollywood Reporter said.
Pine will star in 'The Line' as a federal agent who hits rock bottom after losing his family.
He finds himself on the run with the 10-year-old orphaned survivor of a criminal cartel shootout, discovering that he has enemies on both sides of the law.
Pine can currently be seen in 'Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit'.
He will next appear in 'Into the Woods' and 'Horrible Bosses 2'.
'Pineapple Express' and 'Your Highness' director Green's most recent project was the Nicolas Cage-starrer 'Joe'.
