The couple will exchange vows in front of their close friends and family, reported Female First.
"Christine and Frank have had the date set for a while but have been trying to keep it under wraps. They want it to be an intimate affair and have only invited close friends and family. They haven't signed a big magazine deal like a lot of stars do because it's not their style," a source said.
The couple has asked Ed Sheeran, 24, to be their official wedding singer during the reception at the lavish members'-only The Arts Club in Central London.
Lampard, 37, who now plays for New York FC, has also asked his ex-England teammates John Terry, Rio Ferdinand and Wayne Rooney, and Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho to attend.
