Cigna TTK to raise Cigna's stake in JV

Private health insurer Cigna TTK today filed an application with the regulator Irdai to increase Cigna's stake in the firm from 26 per cent to 49 per cent.

Mumbai: Energy Efficiency Services (EESL) today signed an agreement with three state-run oil marketing companies to distribute energy efficient appliances under the Unnat Jeevan by Affordable LEDs and Appliances for All (Ujala) scheme.
Oil marketing firms IOCL, BPCL and HPCL will take up distribution of LED bulbs, LED tubelights and energy efficient fans from select retail outlets, starting from Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra, EESL said.
MSE carries out live trading from DR site
Mumbai: The Metropolitan Stock Exchange today successfully conducted live trading in all segments of the exchange from its disaster recovery site at New Delhi.
Also, MSE subsidiary Metropolitan Clearing Corporation of India carried out all intraday and post trade live operations including settlements from the disaster recovery site, the exchange said in a statement.
"This live trading from the DR site was conducted with no prior announcement to the market and without requiring the trading members to effect any configuration change in their systems, as per Sebi requirements," MSE said. UpGrad offers online scholarships to young workforce
