The accused -- Joginder Kumar (25) and Sudesh Kumar (28) -- have been arrested, police said.
According to the complaint lodged by the girl's parents, the duo kidnapped the girl yesterday from Chinore area of the city, they said.
The accused then forcibly took her into a mini bus and raped her, police said.
The girl told her parents about the incident on reaching home in Bantalab, after which they lodged a police complaint.
Medical examination of the girl was conducted and she was handed over to family members, they said, adding that a case has been registered and further investigation started.
