To make 'CM window', a web portal launched for redressal of citizens grievances in Haryana, more effective, third party intervention will be employed to ensure that problems of complainants have been properly resolved.
A list of people has been prepared in every district who, as third party, will gather information from complainants about resolution of their problems, state Chief Secretary D S Dhesi said during a meeting.
He was presiding over a meeting with district officials to review development works being carried out in Rewari, an official release said.
Dhesi directed the officials to continue the development works at right pace so that the residents of Rewari do not face any problem and said any negligence by the officials would not be tolerated.
Officials of the Public Health Engineering and Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) were directed to ensure that there was no problem of drinking water during the summer.
While talking to reporters after the meeting, when Dhesi was asked about the Dhingra Commission report, he said the state government has been directed not to make its public.
On drinking water issue he said southern Haryana would get water through the Sutlej Yamuna Link Canal.
"I have been informed by district officials that there is no shortage of drinking water in Rewari and so far, the need to supply water through tanks has not arisen," Dhesi said.
Regarding contaminated water coming from the Khushkeda and Bhiwadi industrial areas of Rajasthan, he said this is an inter-state matter which is pending before the National Green Tribunal (NGT).
