Colin Farrell honoured at Oscar Wilde awards

Actor Colin Farrell was honoured for his Hollywood career at a ceremony celebrating Irish talent in the movie industry.
The 'Phone Booth' star, who was the star guest at the Oscar Wilde: Honoring The Irish In Film event in California, flew in from New York to pick up his prize on February 21, reported E! online.
"It's lovely! I mean it's better than getting a slap in the face and told you're crap. I don't really understand it, maybe my mother and father should be getting honored instead, it is their fault I am Irish," he said.
Movie mogul Michael R Burns and make-up artist Michele Burke have also been honoured with Wilde awards, which are named after the famed Irish writer.
