The committee will also suggest for improvement in syllabus and skill development, an official spokesman said.
Principal Secretary, Technical Education, Dheera Khandelwal will be the Chairperson and other eight members will be from Technical Education Department and private polytechnic institutes.
The announcement was made by state's Technical Education Minister Ram Bilas Sharma while presiding over the review meeting of technical education here today, the spokesman said here.
"To realise the dream of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Make in India', it is necessary to improve the existing standard of technical education. ITIs and polytechnics are the base of the technical education," he said.
