Zoramthanga alleged the financial crisis under the regime of the Congress led by Chief Minister Lal Thanhawla was irreversible.
"The financial anaemia is like a human being without blood and could not be cured," he said.
Alleging that there was no development during the Congress regime, he said the state government has declared a "development holiday" during its seven year rule.
State finance minister Lalsawta's words of consolation to the people in regards to the financial mess was that he would be able to arrange fund for payment of the salaries of regular employees under the government for December, 2015, Zoramthanga alleged.
