Cong leader Pathania appointed as chairman of HPPCB

Pathania, a five times MLA from Bhatiyyat in Chamba district, was defeated in Assembly elections this time.
He was elected to state Assembly in 1985, 1993, 1998, 2003 and 2007 and also remained Chairman of 3rd Finance Commission during 2003-2007.
