Copper and brass slip on subdued demand

Copper and brass utensils scrap slipped at the non-ferrous metal market here today on stockists' selling amid subdued demand from industrial users.
While zinc recovered marginally owing to fresh demand from alloy industries.
Copper scrap heavy moved down by Rs 3 per kg to Rs 380 from Monday's close at Rs 383.
Copper cable scrap and copper wire bar edged down by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 385 and Rs 413 as compared Rs 387 and Rs 415 previously.
Copper armature, copper utensils, copper sheet cuttings and brass utensils scrap softened by a Re per kg each to Rs 365, Rs 345, Rs 361 and Rs 281, respectively.
However, zinc inched up by Rs 205 per kg.
