The warrant was issued by a Banking Court in Lahore after Nazir failed to pay back a loan of Rs 6.6 million, Geo News channel reported.
Nazir hit global fame when people uploaded videos on YouTube of him singing his self-composed ditty at an east London market. The videos notched up millions of views.
He later landed a deal with a record firm but had to leave Britain over visa problems.
Nazir moved to Britain in 2011 with only a bag and the hope of making enough money to send to his wife and four children in Pakistan.
On his first day working at the fish stall, his boss told him to shout to get the attention of customers. He didn't like shouting and so made up a song.
He later came back to Pakistan and reportedly joined a political party.
