The index opened at 6063.92 and during the week it gained to close at 6338.34.
Blueprint Securities was at Rs 308 at close. Infosys Technologies rose to Rs 2620.70 at the end of the session.
While Reliance Industries was firm at Rs 840, State Bank of India ended at Rs 1971.90.
Tata Steel was up at Rs 404 at close and Twenty First Century was at Rs 326 at close.
