Curfew, clamped in Hazaribagh town and its surrounding areas on Sunday after clashes between two groups, was today relaxed from noon to 5 PM.
Deputy Commissioner Mukesh Kumar said the administration extended the relaxation hours following improvement in the situation.
The administration had relaxed the curfew for two hours yesterday also.
He said two persons were identified in connection with the "misleading posting" on Facebook and they would be arrested.
The curfew was clamped after two groups of people clashed near the railway station here, torched shops and pelted stones at policemen on the last day of Ram Navami festival.
