Delhi-bound flight makes emergency landing in Lucknow

A Bhubaneswar-Delhi flight made an emergency landing at Chaudhury Charan Singh airport here after a passenger suffered from cardiac arrest, an official said today.
"Indigo flight from Bhubaneswar to Delhi had to make emergency landing at the airport here at 8:17 PM yesterday as a passenger Shivkumar Panigrahi (52) had cardiac arrest," Airport Director, S C Hota told PTI.
He said that before landing, the airport administration had arranged ambulance for the passenger, who was given preliminary treatment and rushed to a hospital.
He, however, was declared dead in the hospital, he said.
