Indushekhar Mishra, a 1993-batch officer of DANICS (Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Service), works as a Special Commissioner in the Transport Department.
Mishra today met Lt Governor Najeeb Jung to raise the issue of alleged misbehaviour by the transport minister.

Sources said that the officer had an argument with the minister at his office at Delhi Secretariat yesterday over the issue of the latter's plan to open RTOs seven days a week.
