"Congratulations Manish for presenting the strongest anti -corruption law of Independent India - Delhi JanLokpal Bill 2015. A historic day," he tweeted.
Kejriwal, who sat by his Deputy Manish Sisodia who introduced the Bill, has not reacted to allegations that the Bill was a considerably diluted version of the one tabled in his earlier stint in February 2014.
It was his first appearance in the ongoing Winter session of the House that will continue till December 4.

The Delhi Chief Minister said that today was a historic day for those who participated in agitation against corruption.
"The Lokpal Bill for which we fought a long battle was today tabled in the Delhi Assembly. In the upcoming days, discussion will be held on it," Kejriwal told reporters here.
He said that without any scope of doubt, he can say that this is perhaps the strongest anti-corruption law in Independent India, adding that by this law, corruption will be be prevented.
"One part of Right to Services Bill has been passed and the remaining part will soon be passed in the coming days. I would like to thank the people of country," Kejriwal also said.
