Dhankar issued directions during a meeting with officers of Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board (HSAMB) here today.
Earlier, a delegation of Yamunanagar plywood industry and arhtiyas met the Agriculture Minister.
During the meeting, directions were issued to make arrangements for holding 'wood mandi' by taking land on lease on temporary basis until the new wood mandi is established in Yamunanagar.
He directed to issue 'J-Form' to farmers for wood of Poplar and Safeda. He directed to fix market fee according to the value of wood so that the marginal farmers would not have to pay more.
Chief Administrator, HSAMB, Anil Malik informed the Agriculture Minister that the arrangement for temporary mandi would be made within next four months. For this, tenders would soon be invited for taking land on lease, he added.
