Shares of Divis Lab ended at Rs 1,344.20, up 2.36 per cent from its previous close, on the BSE. During the day, the stock rose by 5.85 per cent to Rs 1,390 -- its 52-week high.
At the NSE, the scrip went up by 1.83 per cent to close at Rs 1,337.05.
The company had announced its results after trading hours yesterday.
It reported 51.83 per cent increase in its standalone net profit at Rs 219 crore against Rs 144.24 crore in the corresponding period of 2012.
