The first match between ONGC and Army was stalled for over 15 minutes due to heavy downpour and when play was halted the latter was leading with a solitary goal by Baljinder Singh.
ONGC drew parity in the 38th minute when S Arumugam converted a penalty corner.
The second match also ended 1-1 with the two teams scoring one goal each after a barren first half.
IOB went into the lead in the 43rd minute through Navdeep Singh following a penalty corner, while Manpreet Singh found the equaliser for PNB in the 47th minute.
ONGC in group-A have so far earned five points from three outings (one win and two draws), while Army have drawn both their matches for two points.
In Group-B, PNB have secured two points from two drawn matches, while IOB scored their first point today after losing the earlier two matches.
