The incident occurred when the truck, laden with sugar, was going towards Raya and the tractor rammed into it, police said.
The driver has been identified as Vakil of Bhogaon of Mainpuri district, they said.
The tractor driver fled from the scene of the accident, Deputy SP Sanjai Kumar said.
