Dy Speaker, min, MLAs tonsure heads in mark of respect to Jaya

Tamil Nadu Assembly Deputy Speaker Pollachi V Jayaraman and Municipal Administration Minister S P Velumani were among 500 AIADMK members who tonsured their heads here as a mark of respect to late Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa.
After tonsuring their heads, they paid floral tributes at a portrait of Jayalalithaa, party officials said.
MLAs Aman Arjun, C Arukutty, Kanagarak, O K Chinnaraj, Arunkumar and Shanmugham also tonsured their heads.
They also distributed food to over 10,000 persons, the officials said.
