ECR rewards staff for best performance in ticket checking,

Aiming to motivate its employees, the East Central Railway today rewarded one staff each from its five divisions for best performance in ticket checking and safety categories.
The award in the two categories was given to employees of five divisions - Danapur, Sonepur, Dhanbad, Mughalsarai and Samastipur - by ECR general manager A K Mittal.
For the month of June, the best performer ticket checking staff went to S K Rai of Danapur division, Chief Public Relations Officer of ECR Arvind Kumar Rajak said in a statement.
The same was given to Avinash Kumar of Sonepur division, B K Bhoumik in Mughalsarai, Siraj Khan in Samastipur and Kumar Gaurav in Dhanbad division, Rajak said.

In the the best performer safety category, K P Yadav was given the award from Dhanbad, Samastipur Ashok Kumar, Akhilesh Kumar and Pramod Kumar in Mughalsarai.
The ECR CPRO said staff found lacking in performance in ticket checking as well safety were given counselling at ECR headquarter at Hajipur.
The GM sought to know the reason for lacunae in duty from such employees and asked them to improve functioning, Rajak said.
