Ed Sheeran named most influential musician under 25

British singer Ed Sheeran has topped a new list of the most influential musicians under 25, according to a Swedish commercial music streaming site Spotify.
The 24-year-old singer has beaten off 24 other hitmakers to land atop Spotify's list of the top 25 young stars, reported Daily Telegraph.
Ariana Grande comes in at two and Sam Smith at three, while Miley Cyrus and One Direction round out the top five.
The list is based on total streams, but also on number one hits, volume and growth of streams over the past year and Spotify's viral chart.
Other UK artists to make the list included James Bay at number 13 and new "X Factor" judge Rita Ora in 16th place.
