In the non-edible section, linseed oil firmed up on good demand from paint and allied industries.
While, castorseeds bold and castor oil commercial continued to ease due to sluggish demand from shippers and soap industries.
In the edible segment, groundnut oil rose by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 945 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 9,940 and refined palmolein inched up by a Re per 10 kg to Rs 511.
Castorseeds bold moved down by Rs 25 per 100 kg to Rs 3,975 from Rs 4,000 and castor oil commercial went down by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 825 as compared to Rs 830 last weekend.
