Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra today said that education can better the world and called upon students to acquire knowledge uprightly.
"Nelson Mandela once said about education that it is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world," Misra said at the foundation stone laying ceremony of National Law Institute in Jabalpur.
Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, MP High Court Chief Justice Hemant Gupta and Patna High Court Chief Justice Rajendra Menon were present on the occasion.
The CJI called upon the students to acquire knowledge uprightly.
He had, yesterday, inaugurated a new district and sessions court building constructed at a cost of Rs 192 crore.
