Eight persons booked under COTPA in J-K
In a special drive, a police team this morning booked eight persons under COTPA (Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act) at Gool and Dharamkund areas of the district, they said.
A fine of Rs 200 were imposed on each of them, they added.
