Bunton, 36, has been in a relationship with Jones for over a decade and has two sons - Beau, 5, and one-year-old Tate - with him, reported Daily Star online.
"Jade thinks it will be nice to set the date and choose the perfect venue over Christmas. They should be ready to send invites over New Year, and it looks like it will be a spring wedding," a source said.
Buton is also a godmother, alongside with Spice Girls bandmate Victoria Beckham, to Geri Halliwell's daughter Bluebell Madonna Halliwell.
