COSIA President Dr M R Khambete said that nominations are invited from small and medium scale industries across the state and the last date for submission of entry is December 31, 2014, according to an official note released here today.
He said that the winner will be selected on criteria- performance, innovative product, fair business practices, relation and approach in the industry etc.
The award carries a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh, a memento and a citation.
Companies that have excelled in their field by coming up with innovative products and carried out successful research work can apply for the award, Khambete added.
