Four persons -- Rafeeq, Ateeq, Guddu and Arshad -- were booked for brick batting and firing on the police team, SSP Ajay Mohan Sharma said.
FIR has also been lodged against 500 to 600 unidentified persons in connection with the case, he added.
Police said the villagers have also filed a cross complaint.
The raid was conducted yesterday in Bhargain village of Raja ka Rampur area by a joint team from three police stations following complain about cow slaughter.
While six policemen were injured in brick batting, one person Najeem (22) had sustained bullet injury.
