"The work to form district level units of AAP is underway in 308 districts of 10 states and would be completed by January 5, 2013," said Dharam Singh Dabas, National Observer of AAP here.

He said that an executive body of 10 members will be elected first, which will subsequently elect the office bearers. He also said that only persons having honest background will be inducted into the district executive.

"The formation of party is being welcomed by the people at large but there is much enthusiasm among the youth for membership," he added.

Dabas is here to expand the organisational base, as underlined under Mission Buniyad.
