Fadnavis landed in Mumbai early this morning, an official in the CMO said.
During the visit, the Chief Minister invited Russia to explore diverse sectors like defence, engineering, manufacturing and mining as part of the 'Make In India' and 'Make In Maharashtra' initiatives.
He had left on the tour last week, after the expansion of his 20-month-old ministry.
