Fipola to set up three meat retail centres in Chennai

Fipola, backed by SR-Pioneer, today announced the setting up of modern meat retailing stores in city aimed at serving customers who seek fresh and high quality seafoods.
"The stores would provide quality chicken, mutton and seafood.. The products will be protein-driven and customised according to consumer's choice," company MD and CEO, Sushil Kanugolu said.
The company has launched three retail outlets in Anna Nagar, East Coast Road and the Old Mahabalipuram Road, respectively, which would be open for public on September 25.
"We are pleased to announce the opening of three retail outles of Fipola in Chennai.. We are committed to provide high quality fresh meat and seafood," he said in a statement.

He claimed that the company would bring in "best international practices" in areas of procurement, processing, distribution and retailing of meat to customers.
For the opening of three stores, he said the company has set up eight depots across city that would support the stores to ensure timely delivery for customers.
Fipola, backed by SR-Marine is engaged in seafood industry for several decades.
SR-Marine had registered turnover of Rs 140 crore in 2016.
