Fire in Okhla subzi mandi; no one injured

Five shops and as many trucks were gutted when a fire broke out in Okhla's subzi mandi this evening, fire officials said.
However, no one was injured in the incident, they said.
The fire was reported around 6.45 PM, an official from Delhi Fire Service said, adding 12 fire-tenders were rushed to the spot which took around one-and-a-half hours to douse the flames.
Five shops and as many trucks were gutted in the fire, he said.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, he added.
