"An FIR was lodged against Kishore on January 14 by AICC member Devina Singh, who belongs to Rehua royal family. She has alleged that the former MP was trying to grab the 'Rehua kothi'", police said.
Devina alleged that in 2009, the 'kothi' was given to Kishore to open his office after he became an MP but when he was asked to vacate it after his defeat in 2014, he tried to grab the property.
She said that Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi have been apprised about the matter.
Kishore alleged that Devina reached the kothi and threw his belongings and also took away valuables, including jewellery.
He said that Devina had taken a lot of money from him for the kothi and now he had rights on it.
Police added that they were probing charges of both the parties.
