Former Delhi CM Khurana's condition improving

The condition of former Delhi Chief Minister Madan Lal Khurana, who underwent a surgery following brain haemorrhage, is showing signs of improvement, doctors treating him said today.
Senior Consultant from the department of neurosurgery, Gangaram Hospital, Rajesh Acharya said Khurana was operated for right thalamic and intraventricular haemorrhage and his bleeding has been controlled.
"He is on ventilator in the Intensive Care Unit. He is showing signs of improvement," Acharya said.
According to the doctors, he should be off the ventilator in the next few days.
77-year-old Khurana was admitted to the hospital yesterday after he suffered a haemorrhage in the right side of the brain. He was brought to the hospital in an unconscious state.
Dr Acharya had operated upon Khurana in 2011 also when he had suffered a haemorrhage.
According to hospital sources, BJP leader L K Advani visited Khurana at the hospital. Advani went to the see him at around 10.15 AM and enquired about his health.
Advani also met Khurana's family members and talked to them for about 15 minutes, the sources said.
