"Acting on a tip-off, Gurdeep (28), Mitthu Lal(31), Gudia (30) and Janhagir (34) were arrested from Nangloi and Mangolpuri," Deputy Commissioner of Police (outer) M N Tiwari said.
"Yesterday, Gudia borrowed a scooter from her friend Meenu. After the bike got damaged in a minor accident a quarrel broke out with Meenu and her husband Vijay on one side and Mitthu, Gurdeep, Gudia and her husband Jahangir on the other," the officer said.
Gurdeep, Gudia and Jahangir allegedly caught hold of Vijay, while Mitthu assaulted him with a razor, the officer said.
