The incident took place on June 12 when victim, Hussain Ali Shaikh (43) and the four accused, who lived together, picked up an argument over doing daily chore at their house in Barave village, Khadakpada police station sub-inspector H M Waghmare said.
As the scuffle escalated, in a fit of rage, the four men poured kerosene oil on Shaikh and set him on fire, in which he sustained 90 per cent burns, Waghmare said.
The victim was soon rushed to a local hospital for primary treatment and was later shifted to LTMG Hospital in Sion.
