Four more arrested over Istanbul suicide attack: Turkey PM

Turkish authorities have arrested four more suspects over the Istanbul suicide attack that killed 10 German tourists, Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said today.
"Four more people involved in the attack have been arrested today," Davutoglu told a news conference in Istanbul, adding that the Islamic State (IS) group's links to the attack had been confirmed.
