Chairing a review meeting here, the Minister said the scheme drafted by Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa has benefited over 25 lakh and 35 lakh family card holders in 2011-12 and 2012-13 respectively.
While the target for 2013-14 was 35 lakh beneficiaries, steps were being taken to distribute to all of them and goods were being kept at godowns of Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation in all districts, he said.
