GMR Infrastructure promoters pledge 19.13% stake

GMR Infrastructure today said three of its promoters have pledged 19.13 per cent stake in the firm in a series of transactions in the last week of April.
In separate BSE filings, GMR Infrastructure said its promoters -- GMR Holdings, GMR Business & Consultancy and GMR Enterprises -- have pledged a total of 19.13 per cent stake in the firm with IL&FS Trust Company Ltd and IDBI Trusteeship Services Ltd.
GMR Infrastructure's parent company GMR Holdings pledged a total of 5.23 per cent stake of the firm with IL&FS Trust Company on April 28 and April 30. GMR Holdings held 51.97 per cent stake in the firm as on April 18, it added.
In a separate filing, GMR Infrastructure said GMR Business and Consultancy LLP pledged a total of 13.52 per cent stake in the company in a series of transactions from April 27 to April 29 with IDBI Trusteeship Services and IL&FS Trust Company.
GMR Business and Consultancy holds 14.64 per cent stake in GMR Infrastructure as of April 18, 2015.
Another promoter firm GMR Enterprises Pvt Ltd pledged 0.38 per cent stake in GMR Enterprises with IL&FS Trust Company on April 30. GMR Enterprises held 0.44 per cent stake in the firm as on April 18, another filing said.
Yesterday, GMR Infrastructure had informed the BSE that GMR Holdings pledged 14.41 per cent stake in the company with IL&FS Trust Company (ITCL).
GMR Infrastructure shares closed 2.82 per cent down at Rs 15.48 apiece on the BSE.
