A B Pawar, who worked as a Head Constable with the Customs department of Goa, had reached Delhi on Tuesday along with two of his colleagues one of whom is a constable and another a head constable and checked in Hotel Avtar in Paharganj.
"Last night, the trio, after having dinner, slept on the same bed of the hotel room that they were staying in. In the morning, his two colleagues found Pawar dead. He was suffering from diabetes as well," said a senior police official.
His family members have been informed and his friends are being questioned to know the exact sequence of events, police said.
