"Top corporates across the world will come together for India's premium Cricket Tournament to be held from October 5 to 6 at Taj Exotica in Goa," Percent Ltd Managing Director Harindra Singh told reporters today.
12 teams will battle it out for the 'Goa Super Sixes' championship title, he said.
This year, a Goan team 'Goa Super', to be led by MLA Michael Lobo, will take part in this tournament for the first time.
Business leaders from the corporate world along with renowned personalities from Bollywood and cricket would take part in the tournament.
The event offers a unique, action-packed, fun-filled version of the game of cricket that aims to combine the passion for the sport along with the serene yet festive ambience of Goa, Singh said.
The tournament will witness a host of celebrities and legends playing alongside leading corporates, including Suresh Menon, Ali Quli, Varun Badola, Arjun Rampal, Rohit Roy, Sharad Kelkar, Vikas Bhalla, Indraneil Sengupta, Mohinder Amarnath, Naved Jafri, Talat Aziz, Salil Ankola, Anshuman Gaekwad, Atul Wassan, Aftab Shivdasani, Anupam Bhattacharya, Puneet Sachdev and Sachin Verma.
