While, refined palmolein slid further owing the subdued retail buying.
In non-edibles, castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial recovered following good offtake from shippers and soap industries.
Linseedoil remained stable in the absence of any major buying activities.
In the edible section, groundnut oil climbed Rs 40 per 10 kg to Rs 1,260 from Tuesday's closing level of Rs 1,230. Refined palmolein fell by Rs 10 per 10 kg to Rs 578 from Rs 588.
Moving to non-edible segment, castorseeds bold rose by Rs 45 per 100 to Rs 3,795 from its overnight level of Rs 3,750 and castoroil commercial gained by Rs 9 per 10 kg to Rs 789 compared to Rs 780 previously.
