"The session will start from February 23 and continue till March 31," secretary of the Assembly D M Patel said.
"The budget will be presented on February 24," he added.
Finance minister Saurabh Patel will be presenting his second budget.
Last February, when Narendra Modi was the Chief Minister, the state government had presented a vote on account due to the Lok Sabha elections.
After Modi became the Prime Minister, Anandiben Patel took over as the Chief Minister and the state budget was presented in July.
