The wholesale gur (Jaggery) market depicted a weak trend, with prices falling by Rs 100 per quintal in the national capital today due to fresh arrivals from manufacturing belts amid muted demand.
Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur markets also dropped Rs 50 per quintal.
Marketmen said arrivals of new gur stocks in the market from manufacturing belts resulted in a fall in gur prices.
