Guv congratulates two Padma awardees of Bihar

Bihar Governor Satya Pal Malik today congratulated folk singer Sharda Sinha and scientist Manas Bihari Verma on being named as Padma awardees.
In his message, Governor Malik has conveyed his greetings to Sharda Sinha and Manas Bihari Verma.
Sinha, a noted folk singer, will get Padma Bhushan and Verma, who was associated with the light combat aircraft Tejas project, Padma Shri.
In another message, the Governor also remembered Indian Air Force 'Garud' commando and martyr Jyoti Prakash Nirala for being honoured with the "Ashok Chakra" posthumously.
