Healy recently played a prank on the the 20-year-old singer on a radio show, asking Styles if he could lend him USD 5,000 to help him handle a "threatening" situation with two men, reported E! Online.
The singer readily agreed to pay the amount.
"Hang on, let me go and I'll get my assistant to call you and she'll sort it out," Styles replied to Haley.
After Styles realised the whole thing, he took to Twitter to joke with his fans.
